There is no ticket system and no bot. Mail goes to a small team who built this, and you will get a reply from one of them.
Tell us the email address on the account. Never send us your password — we will never ask for it, and we cannot read it.
The questions that actually come up
No, and this is the one thing we will not do. A score is final the moment both of you lock it — the app says so before you lock. If it could be appealed to us it would not be worth writing honestly, which is the whole point of the exercise. What it is for is a conversation between the two of you.
No. A day stays open for two hours after it closes, and a missed day is covered automatically by a Skip if you still have one — you start with three. If you run out of Skips the season ends early, and the app tells you both plainly.
Yes. You can start a new season with a new partner. Any season already under way ends, because there is no such thing as a season with one player in it, and what was scored before that stays in your past seasons.
Check the spam folder first — a message from an address you have never mailed before is the classic case. You can ask for another from the sign-in screen. If two attempts fail, write to us with the address you used and we will look at the delivery log for it.
Purchases are verified with Apple or Google before anything unlocks, and that check is normally instant but occasionally takes a few minutes. If it has been longer than that, write to us with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt — not a screenshot of your card statement, which tells us nothing we can look up.
Yes. Write to privacy@loveandcouples.com from the address on the account and we will send you everything stored against it in a readable format. There is no charge and you do not have to say why.
Please tell us at security@loveandcouples.com rather than posting it. We will confirm we have it, tell you what we found, and credit you if you want to be credited.

Every field, why it exists, and how long it lasts, in one table. Read the privacy policy.
The short version: be decent to each other, and the game is not a substitute for anything serious. Read the terms.
